If they happen again during the first 30 days after cleaning for stains and for bad smells 72 hours of warranty, call us and we will clean them again FREE OF CHARGE. In case of not disappearing it is possible to have problems in your carpets due to the lack of maintenance of regular cleaning and you must replace them with new carpets or furniture.
